• 2-3 years of relevant Migration activities experience

• Boardwalk tool trained

• Debugging log files in Linux

• Service Now – well versed in Incident and Change module

• ITIL certified

• Very good understanding of Excel and Macros

• Debugging in Visual Basic

• Opening vendor cases and pursuing expedited closure of cases

• Collaboration with multiple teams on troubleshooting and resolving the issue

• Must have working experience & knowledge on ITIL Processes for IT service management (ITSM) to manage Incidents, Requests and Changes tickets.

• Must have hands on experience in using ServiceNow & JIRA applications

• Knowledge of BitBucket, Jenkin, RLM is an added advantage

• Must have knowledge of interaction with Product Vendors and managing Internal User expectations based on Vendor interaction to resolve issues within internal SLA.

• Must have experience in interacting with Business users and Technology/Support users
