Senior Specialist - Business Analysis

• Experience:

- Having good experience on end to end trade life cycle (Front, Middle and Back office processing) to manage and run the T+1 initiative.

- Needs to understand the impact of T+1 change on Front to Back systems across Citi

- Significant Business Analysis / Project Management experience across the full project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing and deployment).

- Proven delivery record of multiple projects involving process change and technology enhancements.

- Exposure to Agile project management is preferred• Skill set requires evidence of :

- Ability to handle complex projects independently

- Self-motivation and prioritization of tasks and actions to hit deadlines according to business priorities

- Strong inter-personal skills

- Enthusiastic and proactive approach

- Good attention to detail and relevant product knowledge

Duties & Responsibilities:• Business analysis effort to deliver critical projects

- Analyze Impact on technology infrastructure and operational processing

- Evaluate Impact on balance sheet and revenue streams

- Organizational preparedness

- Identify systems impacted and their current BAU processing

- Develop and Manage Test Environment for T+1

- Identification of External system dependencies

- Robust Independent testing of Internal systems

- End to End testing with Industry, External systems and counter party/client systems

- Infrastructure and connectivity testing with exchanges, clearing houses, broker and dealers

• Requirements gathering to Citi standards

• Management of project deliveries – business, tech mandatory and regulatory, as assigned

• Resolve day-day project issues and conflicting workload priorities

• Reporting on project statuses, next steps and issues / risks to stakeholders and sponsors

• Assisting and supporting user community with change management

- Overseeing production of test cases

- Ensuring release contents understood by the business, including producing release notes

- Tracking release cycles
