INCIDENT MANAGER Overall Experience: Minimum 5-8 years Domain: Life Science experience would be added advantage Skills - Technical: * Incident Management * Problem Management Non – Technical Skills: * Effective communication * Teamwork * Willingness to learn new skills * Attention to detail * Notice systemic problems * Assertive always and aggressive where required * Ability to work in SLA based environment Certifications: * ITIL Foundation (mandatory) or higher levels (preferred) Primary Responsibilities / Deliverables: * Overseeing the Incident Management process and team members involved in resolving the incident * Responding to a reported P1/P2 incident, identifying the cause, and coordinating for a workaround * Prioritizing multiple incidents according to their urgency and impact on the business * Producing documents that outline incident protocols, such as how to handle cybersecurity threats or how to correct server failures * Collaborating with the respective Support teams to ensure that all protocols are diligently followed * Documenting all incidents and their resolution to see if there are recurring malfunctions * Adjusting the Incident Management process as required to ensure its effectiveness * Communicating with senior management if major issues are found in the IT systems
