Job Specific Skills : • Proficient in installation and configuration management customer network • Worked on Routing, Switching and Troubleshooting. • Hands on experience in L2/ L3 Protocols like VLAN, STP, Stacking, HSRP, VRRP, RIP, EI GRP, OSPF, • Multicast switching, Multicast routing & BGP. • Hands on experience in link aggregation and DHCP technologies • To reduce the footprint of the WAN connectivity, we propose SD-WAN solution. Detailed JD: • Executes Troubleshooting methodology and root-cause analysis to resolve small to intermediate level problems. • Acts as a Tier II focal point to resolve all break/fix and service degradation issues. • Adheres to the agreed event management notification and escalation procedures. • Leads availability management activities to optimize maintenance and design measures that meet contracted SLA’s. • Adheres to Injazat change management process and procedures • Prepares and executes systems maintenance plans to proactively manage reliability and service expectations. • Responsible for upgrading, and managing OS’s on all production systems • Performs periodic reviews of Configuration Items (CIs) to ensure compliance with policies and standards. Perform thorough operational readiness activities. • Prepares and maintains technical documentation to assist with the on-going operation, maintenance, and development of the enterprise services. • Performs configuration management activities to manage work instructions and implement configuration changes following agreed procedures. • provide the automatic notification of Events for all in-scope Configuration Items; • monitor hardware and system software status, CPU, memory, disk usage against predetermined thresholds and environmental controls and take necessary action based on detected Problems or Issues; • monitor the patch lists supplied by the Third-Party Vendor and implement as required and approved by the Customer; • deploy Windows Server patches as per mutually agreed schedule • identify, escalate, and document Problems using the Problem Management process; • provide Incident escalation and interact as necessary with Customer Third-Party Vendor; and • escalate hardware and other Third-Party Vendor related malfunctions to Customer Third-Party Vendor for Resolution in accordance with agreed service level. • The Load Balancer as a Service will provide distribution of network traffic amongst identical servers providing the same services, for greater redundancy and traffic Management for provision the Load Balancer as a Service to provide load balancing, content switching and SSL offload configuration as per Customer requirements; • Monitor and manage the Load Balancer as a Service; • perform configuration backup of the configured load balancer Policies. • Proxy as service to configure and publish reverse proxy services as per Customer requirements; • to perform testing of the implementation and verification of Reverse Proxy as a Services; and • to provide and maintain an authentication authorization accounting (AAA) server for secure reverse proxy access. • provision hardware and routing services for the Customer to receive the Router as a Service; • manage the provisioning, planning, designing and documenting of all required IP address schemes; • perform router fault isolation and restore the affected Router as a Service following a disruption; • configuration for internal and/or external gateway; • provide routing between Supplier Data Center and Customer’s Location(s) which will be configured, dependent on the Customer’s set-up, through either a single or dual redundancy/failover links in an active/standby mode. The link will be procured by the Customer; • monitor the Availability of Customer’s WAN and/or Internet links; • notify the Customer of any Service disruption. • SD-WAN will use broadband connectivity for accessing the application hosted at Azure, Oracle and Injazat InCloud.
