Responsibilities:
• Engage with all stakeholders to gather performance testing requirement, SLA
• Develop Performance Test strategy and Test plans
• Workload modeling as per given test environments
• Performance test scripting
• Providing detailed test reports and track performance issues to closure
• Work closely with development team to ensure smooth delivery
Required Skills:
• 7-9 years of experience in performance Testing
• Creating Performance Test strategy and Performance Test plans
• Expertise in performance testing using jMeter, Loadrunner
• Experience in Loadrunner with protocols e.g. web, mobile, SSL, FTP, LDAP, Web services, Window sockets
• Expertise in conducting Load, Stress, Endurance, Scalability test
• Performing End to End performance testing, analyse results to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions to resolve performance issues
• Experience of Performance Engineering
• Excellent communication oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
Preferable Certification:
• NCFM Certificate
• CSTE, ISTQB Foundation level Certificate or equivalent
