Specialist - Software Engineering

Responsibilities

- Log incidents reported from B2B partner and follow up for inbound and outbound

- Perform tasks related to Sterling B2B management, release deployment and designing

- Administration of Sterling B2B platform including Sterling B2B application, Sterling File Gateway, Sterling Perimeter Server, Sterling Secure Proxy

- Present Level 2 Support for B2B Business Process and services

- Review system performance and configure tuning parameters

- Configure Secure Keys and TLS Certificates

- Development of new services and mailbox solutions

Qualifications:

Knowledge on Sterling B2BI Integrator

- Should be strong in Business Process development

- Mapping (DB mapping is Must)

- Protocol Configurations w.r.t service consumption and as service provider

- Knowledge on Sterling 6.0 version is advantage.

Knowledge on Sterling File gateway

Routing Channel Templates

AFT – Custom protocol configuration

Support Knowledge

Sterling Integrator

- Troubleshooting daily failures

- Queue Configurations

- SI property file configurations

Sterling File gateway

- Partner onboarding and file routing

Sterling Secure Proxy and Perimeter server configurations

- New Adapter and Netmap configurations

- New port mappings

- SSL & Client Certificate configuration etc

Soft & Hard stop/start of application service

Trouble shooting through system log files
